Valley Fitness Corporate located in Gilroy, CA is in search of an experienced Regional Sales Manager to become a part of our team.

Compensation :
$70,000 - $90,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of sales representatives to drive performance and meet targets
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term business success
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote our products and services
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
- US work authorization and availability to work in Gilroy, CA
