Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior High Teacher at St. James School located in Davis, CA. The Junior High Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and providing guidance and support to students.
The teacher will create a positive and inclusive learning environment, collaborate with other faculty members, and maintain open communication with parents and guardians.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field
- Valid teaching certification
- Experience working with students in a similar age group
- Strong knowledge of the subject area and curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for working with students
- Strong organizational and time management skills
