Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role located in Greensboro, NC for a Mental Health Therapist. The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for providing counseling and therapy services to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining client records.
The Mental Health Therapist will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of quality care and support to clients.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Licensure or certification as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
- Experience in conducting individual and group therapy sessions
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate and confidential client records
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
- Experience with electronic health record systems is a plus
