Digital Strategy Senior Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Advisory Services team , supporting tech, agency, consulting, investor, and OEM clients with best-in-class datasets for ecommerce, search, GenAI, site traffic, audience profiling, and advertising effectiveness.

This role will report to the Advisory Services Team Manager and will be based in New York, USA .

So, what will you be doing all day?

• Discover client pain points and design solutions that solve their problems using custom web analytics datasets.
• Partner with the sales team to scope, price, plan, and deliver custom advisory projects
• Collaborate with Data Collection, Data Scientists, and Engineering to create and deliver best-in-class datasets throughout the life cycle of the project, focusing on QA.
• Deliver world-class insights and actionable recommendations to clients through the analysis of scoped project data. Outputs can be data files, PPT decks, or in-person presentations.
• Acting as a trusted partner communicating directly with clients for the entire project lifecycle in conjunction with the sales teams.
• Expertly manage and execute multiple projects at any time, moving them from pre-sale to post-sale, including project scoping, pricing, execution, delivery, renewals and upsells, acting as the project owner, keeping internal and external stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Identify growth opportunities with tech clients and develop a strategic plan with senior management to create capabilities and capture new markets

This Is The Perfect Job For Someone With

• 5-8 years of experience designing custom solutions for clients, using data as the primary input.
• Advanced-level proficiency in data analysis, with proven ability to translate data into. compelling insights and actionable recommendations.
• Product, Research, or Strategy experience at a Tech or Consulting company is a plus, as well as a familiarity with data collection methodologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem and online user behaviors.
• A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to take business problems and design ways to solve them using data.
• Skilled at building rapport, establishing trust, and creating emotional engagement with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Discipline to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with total commitment to quality and timelines.
• Curiosity to embrace different perspectives and to collaborate with diverse stakeholders including data scientists, engineers, sales, and a range of clients across industries.
• Ability to anticipate risks and mitigate them effectively.
• Strategic thinking to understand issues, trends and perspectives, focusing on long-term success.
• Problem-solving skills to proactively recognize problems and use all available resources to identify the best solution and to build proven methodology to solve similar problems.
• High creativity to generate new and unconventional methods to approach existing issues by adding value.

The base salary range for this position in New York City is $90,000 to $168,800 + benefits including : medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, potential equity, employee stock purchase plan and paid sick and parental leave.

In addition, this position is eligible to participate in the company’s sales incentive plan, with a maximum target OTE of up to $211,000 , depending upon the final terms of employment and achievement of established targets.

Individual compensation is based upon a number of factors, including qualifications and relevant experience.

The base salary range above is for the New York City metro area, and could vary for candidates in other locations.
