The Phoenix Recovery Centers, LLC is continuing to grow and looking to hire a Administrative Assistant, this is someone who demonstrates competency and efficiency in personal files, tracking certification and licensing requirements;

track, monitor and ensure state compliance. Additionally, provide assistance to the Executive Director and leadership team in all company policy and operations.

The Phoenix is looking for someone who wants to be a long term employee in a company that is growing and make this their career!

Hours are Monday- Friday 8 : 30am- 5 : 00pm, hours are not negotiable.

At The Phoenix we believe in empowering individuals and families who are suffering from mental health disorders and chemical dependency to celebrate life through lasting solutions.

Duties :

  • Manage scheduling for clinicians
  • Ensure completion of and accurate company audits and reports
  • Office Management
  • Physical plant cleanliness including reception area, kitchen, bathroom, conference rooms and windows
  • Help assist with HR needs- new hire paperwork, ensuring licenses & certificates are in compliance, managing payroll hours.
  • Assist in all company policy and operations as needed
  • Answer front desk phone and transfer call to appropriate department
  • Assist in compiling medical records

  • Must be Calm under pressure. Maintains stable performance when under heavy pressure or stress.

  • Works as a competent member of team, willingly providing back-up support for co-workers, and supporting group goals
  • Ability to prioritize independently and complete tasks in allotted time frame
