Title : Oracle Cloud ERP Data Conversions Project Manager

Oracle Cloud Data Migration / Conversion Project Manager experienced in the full cycle of Oracle Cloud data conversion activities with a strong project management and Oracle cloud technical skill set in managing data conversions per client requirements.

The Role will require experience and capability in understanding design, development, data conversion, reconciliation and converted data testing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Understand data conversion requirements, source data and destination data requirements, as well as iterative data conversion process for all master and and transactional data types.
• Develops project plans to support each conversion cycle (as a lead-in to each testing cycle) across multiple projects within the program
• Facilitates data conversion workstream meetings between Business and Technical leads to ensure timely completion of data conversion activities
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of overall program integrated master plan (IMP) and integrated master schedule (IMS)
• Work closely with other Project Managers and leads across the team (NetApp and Implementation Partner) to identify tasks, subtasks, and assignments related to the delivery of data into Oracle Cloud ERP
• Lead each data cycle (i.e., mocks), which will consist of a large volume of data objects each tracking through a standard process of extract, transform, load, and reconcile
• Monitor and manage any schedule impact due to delays, changes, or additional activities at the data workstream level
• Provide weekly visibility via reports and updates on objectives and schedule performance to program team and leadership
• Work closely with our implementation partner to deliver on the Data Conversion Strategy established as part of program design phase
• Work with teams to ensure adequate resources are assigned to all data deliverables through all phases of the program
• Identify, analyze & mitigate risks & issues related to schedule management

Knowledge and Skills :

• Hands-on experience with Jira and SmartSheet to track activities as well as log and monitor data conversion related issues
• Experience in delivering data-related objectives as part of a large and complex program, preferably with ERP implementation experience
• Experience in waterfall and agile delivery methodologies and standard SDLC practices
• Experience with Oracle EBS Release 11, and Oracle Cloud Financials and Supply Chain applications
• Excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholder groups
• Flexible with proven ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay someone for this

position, however, as a supplier your expected pay range may differ : / hour
