Software Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring their successful completion within specified timelines and budgetary constraints.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the engineering team, including hiring, training, and mentoring engineers to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies, goals, and objectives aligned with the company's overall mission and vision.
• Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance, to drive innovation and ensure seamless product development processes.
• Oversee the design and development of engineering solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement and professional development of team members.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence within the engineering team, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and methodologies.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels within the engineering team and across departments to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Serve as a technical advisor and escalation point for complex engineering issues, providing guidance and support to resolve challenges effectively.

Desired skill and Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and have a positive attitude while embracing a highly dynamic, growth-driven environment.
• Self-directed, ability to work independently.
• Must be able to maintain regular and punctual attendance consistent with our company policy.
