We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our Acute Rehab Hospital in Portsmouth, NH.As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring comfort and safety for those you assist.
- Duties*
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse
- Help patients with mobility by lifting or transferring them safely using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient areas by adhering to infection control protocols.
- Document patient care activities accurately in medical records UDS charting
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement individualized care plans for each patient.
