Description
This contract position is located in Boston, Massachusetts, and requires a candidate with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and implementing solutions to enhance the LoanIQ platform's capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the BFSI domain and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for LoanIQ applications.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including business users, developers, and product owners to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Conduct gap analysis and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Develop functional specifications and use cases to guide development teams.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet business needs.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to LoanIQ and BFSI technologies.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the BFSI sector.Strong knowledge of LoanIQ and its functionalities.Experience with business process modeling and documentation.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
