We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Billing Manager to join our team in the Technology industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where you will be responsible for managing all aspects of billing operations.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of billing processes and legal services.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes.
- Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes.
- Manage the preparation and distribution of internal reports and analyses.
- Ensure all billing operations adhere to legal and company standards.
- Assist in the implementation of new billing systems and processes.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing.
- Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure billing accuracy.
- Train, mentor, and manage a high-performing billing team.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a billing manager role, preferably in the technology industry.
- Previous experience in a law firm or professional services firm is highly desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), and have working knowledge of relevant software (e.g. ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of billing and financial concepts.
- Exceptional attention to detail, along with the ability to identify errors or discrepancies in financial data.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience in managing a team.
