Position Overview : The Private Client Support Role completes administrative tasks and projects in support of the Private Client Account Managers.

Critical Job Functions :

• Perform administrative functions in support of the private client unit which may include but are not limited to data entry, accessing carrier websites to process requests, completion of renewal applications.
• Work with account managers, producers and / or clients to facilitate policy changes or renewals
• Contribute to the team environment by assisting with workload and openly sharing insurance knowledge with colleagues.
• Develop cooperative professional relationships with our insurance carriers.
• Assume ownership of problems until the resolution is successfully accomplished.
• Comply with internal procedure and practices while demonstrating the ability to meet service performance and quality standards.
• Complete additional projects as assigned by a supervisor or manager.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, take direction from multiple sources and prioritize using sound judgement

• Proficient in navigating insurance company websites

Educational : College degree or experience equivalent.

Technology :

• Proficient in Microsoft Word
