Location : Fairlawn, NJ or remote (prefer candidates from the Northeast)
Position Overview : The Private Client Support Role completes administrative tasks and projects in support of the Private Client Account Managers.
Critical Job Functions :
- Perform administrative functions in support of the private client unit which may include but are not limited to data entry, accessing carrier websites to process requests, completion of renewal applications.
- Work with account managers, producers and / or clients to facilitate policy changes or renewals
- Contribute to the team environment by assisting with workload and openly sharing insurance knowledge with colleagues.
- Develop cooperative professional relationships with our insurance carriers.
- Assume ownership of problems until the resolution is successfully accomplished.
- Comply with internal procedure and practices while demonstrating the ability to meet service performance and quality standards.
- Complete additional projects as assigned by a supervisor or manager.

- Must be accurate, detail-oriented, and thorough
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, take direction from multiple sources and prioritize using sound judgement
- Takes responsibility for his / her own performance

- Proficient in navigating insurance company websites
Educational : College degree or experience equivalent.
Technology :
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
- Experienced user of most critical industry software programs, Sagitta, Worksmart, Salesforce
