As a TurboTax Live - Seasonal Local Service Associate, you will serve as the trusted advisor to empower customers navigate their tax needs. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to drive customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide tax guidance and preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations (e.g., personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments).

Be a proactive community ambassador to cultivate a robust customer base for TurboTax.

Educate and communicate confidently, representing TurboTax in your local community.

Build relationships and connect with people on a personal level, demonstrating understanding and sensitivity to their financial concerns.

Deliver a best-in-class customer experience by providing exceptional service, professionalism, and genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Requirements :

Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.

Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Familiarity with Circular 230.

Willing and available to work a static weekly schedule with a minimum of 24 hours per week at a TurboTax location.

Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Associate.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) communication skills are a plus.

Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
