We are looking for a Technical Lead with prior experience working in the payments industry domain. You should have strong leadership skills to assist junior associates and be able to effectively communicate with senior executive technical leadership.

Your responsibilities will include supporting best practices for code coverage, security, and compliance activities defined by the team.

In this role, you should be a great teammate with a sharp eye for detail and brainstorming skills. Experience in Agile frameworks and commonly used coding languages is preferred.

Your goal will be to build efficient programs and systems that serve user needs.

Location : Alpharetta - GA

Candidate is required to be in the office 2 to 3 days a week*

Roles and responsibilities :

• Work in a fast-paced environment with demanding expectations for delivering commitments on time with high quality.
• Support Agile delivery methodologies.
• Support best practices for code coverage, security, and compliance activities defined by the team.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
