What you will do
Working backend data engineering backlog requests, bug fixes, and case support for the CRM Analytics team (Sales Business Case).
OKRs Impacted Reducing SLAs for handling support requests, investigating bugs, and delivering on data source enhancements requests for the business.
Analyzing SLA impacted areas, and approach to reduce SLA’s for handling support requests, investigating bugs and delivering on data source enhancements requests for the business.
Daily intake of bugs, backlog requests worked through in 2 week sprints.
Must haves
5+ years of experience in Data Engineering
5+ years of development experience in Python.
3+ years of development experience in Snowflake
3+ years of development experience in AWS
3+ years of development experience in SQL
Working time : 7 : 00 AM EST to 4 : 00 PM EST
Nice to haves
