We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong typing and data entry skills, have knowledge of Microsoft Office, can type 7500 + ks / h, as well as attention to detail.
The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering data into our computer systems, as well as maintaining and updating our databases.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist with special, time sensitive projects as needed
- Enter variety of data using current technology
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
- Review and enter data updates in the systems
- Review discrepancies in data received
- Advise supervisor of issues related to data
- Gather and organize data to be entered into Excel spreadsheet
- Work with confidential company and client information
- Process documents by reviewing information and verifying accuracy
QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced 10-key and typing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
- Ability to multi-task while inputting information
