Front Desk Management :

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.

Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.

Scheduling and Coordination :

Manage and coordinate multiple schedules, including meetings, appointments, and events. Handle room reservations and logistics for internal and external meetings.

Ensure all scheduling conflicts are resolved efficiently.

Administrative Support :

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. Prepare and distribute daily schedules and agendas.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Customer Service :

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. Address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Communication :

Serve as a liaison between staff and management, facilitating smooth communication. Relay important messages and information accurately and promptly.
