Salary : $100,000 - $120,000 annually

In this role, you will develop and manage accounts, leverage referrals, prospect, network, and lead a sales team to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities :
Leadership : Mentor and lead Sales Representatives, conducting performance evaluations and coaching for improvement.
Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies, analyze market trends, set and achieve sales targets.
Client Management : Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and property managers, offering diverse service packages.
Business Development : Actively hunt for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up.
Generate leads and drive new account development.
Project Coordination : Oversee building measurements, estimates, proposals, and project handoffs. Ensure accurate contracts and financial tracking.
Marketing : Plan and participate in marketing outreach.
Required Skills / Abilities :
- High School Diploma / GED
- Knowledge and experience in commercial roofing, project management, and / or estimating single-ply, asphalt, cold-applied, hot-applied, and metal projects.
- Proven track record in managing other sales associates.
- Minimum of 5 years of previous commercial roofing experience.
- Experience in growing market share.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Tenacious drive to sell and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in sales tracking.
- Exceptional time management and follow-up skills.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills, along with computer competency.
