Experienced Labor Law / Construction Attorney -
- Litigation associate admitted to NY, NJ admittance would be nice too .
- Needs construction / labor law experience.
- Desired actual experience defending New York Labor Law matters, motor vehicle accident cases or premises liability
- Need someone who can do depositions and go court.
- Very high exposure cases, $90 million dollar demand.
- Hybrid 2-3 times in office. Flexible on schedule once established.
- Ideally 1st chair trial experience or at least 2nd chair
- Full Benefits, PTO, 401k
- Bonus built into billing, gets a bonus that exceeds billing, 50% of what is collected from client
