Our client, a leader in technology, is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be part of the marketing department supporting the Construction Technology business. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong data analytical skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Dallas, Austin or Houston, TX

What's the Job?

Develop end-to-end growth marketing strategies with specific growth objectives, marketing plans, and key metrics.

Lead the full digital growth marketing program, including content marketing, inbound demand generation, and social media.

Operate and design experimentation frameworks to drive acquisition and demand growth.

Oversee the execution of key events to increase brand awareness and funnel generation.

Utilize various data and analytics tools to enable acquisition and lifecycle marketing programs.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.

5+ years of marketing or brand management experience.

Proven experience in growth marketing, digital lead generation, and content marketing.

Experience working with creative agencies and media agencies.

Strong data and analytical skills, including measurement and ROI.
