Base pay range $45.05 / hr - $60.95 / hr

Overview Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a creative and detail-oriented User Experience (UX) Designer to join their team. Summary : In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to understand user needs, define design strategies, and deliver high-quality solutions that enhance usability and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities User Experience Designer will conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis

Translate user insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

Design and iterate user flows, journey maps, and interaction models

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience

As a User Experience Designer, you will ensure designs are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with brand guidelines

Advocate for the user while balancing business goals and technical constraints

Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX design

Requirements To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed

Relevant education and / or training will be considered a plus
