A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to support leadership development initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Curriculum Managers and trainers to identify business needs and propose training solutionsDesign, develop, and maintain courseware using e-learning authoring tools, including videos and simulationsWork with subject matter experts to incorporate their expertise into training materials and maintain awareness of external training resourcesRequired Qualifications3-5 years of experience in instructional design and developing performance-based learning programsExperience in creating e-learning programs and technical communicationsProficiency in MS Office applicationsBachelor's degree in a related field;
Master's or formal education in Instructional Design preferredKnowledge of instructional design methodologies is preferred
