Certified Medical Assistant/Medical Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant / Medical Front Desk Receptionist to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities :
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner / cover front desk / assist clinical duties as assigned as Medical Assistant
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
- Process lab orders / phlebotomy, ABI / PFT / take vitals
- Escort patients to exam rooms
- Experiences with EHR,
- Insurance web portals will be helpful
- Computer Proficient
- Medical Terminologies / Coding experience will be great
- Experienced Medical Assistant with BLS certification preferred
- Phlebotomy , vitals, and alll other dutiesr of a Medical Assistant clinically / administratively preferred
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures / working with fast paced medical outpatient clinic environment
- Strong organizational & communication skills (can multitask)
- Computer literate / proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment / flexible hours M-F - no weekends; 9a-5p
- Should be willing to travel to 2 different Practice locations when needed
- Salary commensurate with experience
