The Role

In collaboration with the Regional Implementation Teams, this Manager will support technical staff members with the responsibility to facilitate collaboration, provide cross regional and cross departmental coordination and act as a coordination point for service suppliers.

These deliverables will be completed to achieve the strategy, vision and objectives of the Custom Networks Implementation team.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Will interface closely with the business and technical staff on the team regarding all phases of the department’s scope including engineering, deployment, supplier relationships, internal and external handoff to customers and downstream organizations.
  • In collaboration with regional teams, improve and document methods, procedures and practices.
  • Provide required business and / or technical support for both project and production related activities.
  • Influence, negotiate, build consensus, and align with stakeholders within Custom Networks and peer organizations.
  • Supports the recommended scope, schedule and budget for the design and construction projects.
  • Build process / policy with compliance by design and work with other teams to establish guardrails within systems and / or reporting.
  • Work closely with senior management, analyzing long-term business goals and suggesting ways the organization might achieve these goals with technology.
  • Provide industry knowledge, experience, and best practices to help the team stay ahead of the curve in keeping our technology stack cutting edge.
  • Accountable for all aspects of process (e.g. policy, job aides, documentation, system information, etc.).
  • Represents the national deployment team with consultants and contractors.
  • Prepares correspondence on highly technical construction management issues.
  • Participates in the preparation of cost estimates and budget recommendations.

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$94420 - $125890 in these states : AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.

$99390 - $132510 in these states : AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.

$104360 - $139140 in these states : CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.

$109330 - $145770 in these states : AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

Salary Max : 145770

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.

Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
