Position : Commercial Litigation Attorney
Responsibilities :
- Manage a caseload of litigation matters, overseeing cases from discovery through to resolution.
- Draft various legal documents, includes, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and actively participate in trial and mediation proceedings.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal teams to develop strong cases.
Requirements :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, with 5-10 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
