- We offer comprehensive quality care for long term patients within the home of the patient. We offer a paid training program for LVNs.
We make sure all LVNs go through extensive training with LVN supervisors and shadowing at patient's site. All LVNs will be given a detailed plan of care instructed and administrated by RN case managers.
Based on your experience training may consist of shadowing patient from 16 hours to 70 hours before leading a care. One patient, one location, 8 hour per day, full time position includes health care benefit.
For immediate hire / we are not a staffing agency.
Required care : Patients are from 2 years old to 18 years old, with g-tube, Tracheostomy and oxygen, care consist of monitoring patient status, maintaining activities of daily living, administrating medications, suctioning and breathing treatment and feeding via pump.
All care is supervised by an RN case manager.
Credentials required :
- Current LVN / LPN License
- Valid CPR Card
- Current Physical Exam (Valid up to 1 year)
- Current TB Test Results (Valid up to 1 year) OR Current Chest X-Ray (Valid for up to 2 yrs)
