Senior Project Manager - Opportunity for ownership
In this role you'll be responsible for taking initiative on all projects from conception to completion. The person in this role will have the opportunity to take over the business in 5-10 years.

My client is a mid-sized general contractor that has grown over 300% while continuing to be a reliable resource for clients across the commercial, multifamily, light-industrial, and historic renovation construction markets.
They have built their business model to offer full scale services where they help clients take concepts off the back of a napkin, lead the preconstruction process, manage construction, all the way to a successful project turnover- often beating schedules and budget expectations.
Through this model they have cultivated a regular repeat client base, taken on referred work, and are always competing to win new work throughout St.
Louis. In order to be successful in this role, you need to have an open, creative mindset both on-site and in the office when working on projects.
Description
- Take initiative on all projects from conception to completion
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Organize meetings w / clients & develop long-term relationships
- Coordinate and work closely with superintendents
- Perform estimates
- Positive attitude on and off-site
- Be present in owner meetings
- Step in and assist wherever necessary

Profile
- 7-10+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree required (construction related degree is a plus)
- Capable of wearing many hats & stepping in when needed
- Project Management experience is required
- Experience estimating is a plus
- Able to collaborate with on-site teams, owner, clients, etc.
- Experience with $1M projects
- Multifamily, commercial, or historic renovation experience preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset is a plus
Job Offer
- Base salary $100,000 - $130,000 dependent on experience
