Position : Principal / Senior Field Service Technician
Locations : Metro NYC, Metro Boston, Southern New Hampshire
Salary : $80K - $100K DOE

Are you a skilled technician with a passion for solving complex issues? Join us as a Principal / Senior Field Service Technician and become a key player in ensuring the seamless operation of CNC Lathe, Milling, and Multi-Functional Machining Centers at our clients' manufacturing sites.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery and enhance your technical expertise.
What You'll Do :
- Installation & Maintenance : Install, commission, calibrate, and maintain CNC equipment and accessories.
- Troubleshooting & Repair : Diagnose and repair technical issues across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Customer Support : Provide top-notch service, including operator training, preventive maintenance, major repairs, and system upgrades.
- Travel : Daily travel to customer locations with occasional overnight stays required. Flexible hours available (4x10 or 5x8 schedule).
Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum 5 years as a Field Service Technician, with a strong background in CNC machinery and associated systems.
- Skills : Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Education : Technical degree (Electrical / Mechanical / Electro-Mechanical / Automation) or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Other Requirements : Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel daily.
