A highly respected Commercial Construction General Contractor in the area with a robust backlog of projects is seeking an Estimator to join their growing team.
This company is looking for an Estimator with excellent people skills and a proven track record in commercial construction projects.
Being a team player and having the ability to work independently are both essential for this role!

Estimator Responsibilities :
- Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction, including labor and material costs
- Utilize conceptual design and value engineering techniques as needed
- Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans
- Develop and manage estimates for multiple, simultaneous projects
- Collaborate with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work independently
Estimator Qualifications :
- 1+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects
- B.S. in Construction Management or a related field is strongly preferred
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze and organize data in a timely manner
