Project Engineer
Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Project Engineer for a hybrid position in Columbus, OH.

- Coordinate the overall engineering activities between company, Developer, Architect Engineer (A / E), and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for Generation capital projects.
- Ensure production of engineering deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Ensure that the design meets stakeholder expectations, and the constraints are resolved in a timely manner.
- Provide engineering progress updates to the project team and stakeholders.
- Lead complex engineering discussions that require the input and efforts of a wide array of entities both internal and external to company.
- Ability to identify, clarify, and resolves complex technical problems that require multi-disciplined analytical techniques.
- Help to drive to conclusion where differences of opinion are likely to exist.
- Ability to present complex technical subjects, clearly, concisely, and persuasively, bringing in ancillary issues before senior management.
- Builds teams and networks that extend through company, and other companies
- Possesses the experience and knowledge to make technical decisions based on calculated risks.
- Understands how strategies and decisions impact the relationship with our customers and suppliers.
Requirements :
Has typically acquired 8 or more years of related engineering experience along with a Bachelor's degree in engineering in a program accredited by ABET;
or 6 years of related engineering experience along with a Master's or PhD in engineering from a program accredited by ABET.
- Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in any U.S. state or Puerto Rico is encouraged and preferred.
