Job Title : Finishing Operator
Snap-tite Hose is seeking a Finishing Operator to join our life saving team! As a Finishing Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of our revolutionary, one of a kind lay-flat hose.
The ideal candidate will have strong passion for producing a product that is used on the front lines for our Fire Departments and Military personnel.
Responsibilities :
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure product quality and consistency
- Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues
- Perform quality control checks on finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

- Employee must be physically able to work in areas so as to not harm themselves or others, and must be able to safely use machinery and tools.
- Understand and verify quality through the use of gauges, tools, specs, and charts.
- Employee must understand how to fill out all paperwork for all areas.
- Must work well as a team.
- Employee must be able to communicate with the lead, quality tech, or supervisor any issues they may find that affects the performance of the area, or product.
- Skill level entry level.
- Other activities as designated by supervisor
Work Environment :
Employee may be exposed to wet and humid conditions and Dust / Fumes / Gas and Chemicals. Employee may need to work around extreme heat and moving machinery.
Education / Training Requirement :
High School Diploma, or GED required.
