Jerome Home is a privately-owned,not-for-profit organization. We are a progressive, nursing community with ahighly competent and caring staff.
Established in 1932, our multi levelsinclude; 26 units on RCH (Resident Care Home), 2 - 32 bed neighborhoods on SNF,and 1 - 30 bed SNF.
Also on our campus is Arbor Rose, a 62 apartmentAssisted Living Facility.
We are currently looking to fill a 24 hour position on our 11p-7a shift with 32 hour option
Asan RN / LPN Charge Nurse, you will work with a professional team of CNA's toprovide our residents the care and services they need to thrive.

The successful RN / LPN Charge Nurse will :
- possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN / LPN in this state;
- possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action;
- have the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies / personnel, and the general public;
- have leadership ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel;
- have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents

- Shifthound is our on-line scheduling program. At the click of a button, you can request time off or request to pick up a shift.
You can also send email / text notification to request coverage of an open shift
- Relias is our on-line education program. Classes are assigned via email for you to complete in the allotted time at your own pace
- Paylocity is our payroll system. We are all direct deposit
