Key Responsibilities :
- Lead project scheduling and coordination, while ensuring key deliverables are met.
- Attend and run OAC (Owner, Architect, Contractor) meetings, maintaining strong communication with owners.
- Collaborate closely with superintendents, though quality assurance and quality control (QA / QC) will not be your responsibility.
- Utilize Procore (mandatory) and Microsoft scheduling tools to manage all project workflows and tasks.
