Job Description

This is a strategic position as business partner to the Chief Operating Officer, NCA region.

  • The incumbent will provide strategic leadership, functional guidance and valuable insights to operations leaders and other functional partners to ensure optimal business decisions for hotels within the region.
  • The role will interact with ownership groups, asset managers, hotel legal counsel, insurance companies, tax consultants, auditors, and commercial and government banks to effectively manage the assets of the business.
  • The role is an interdependent part of the core regional operation team and serves as functional leader for all hotel-based finance & business support teams in the region.
  • This role will be responsible for providing financial and accounting guidance to the hotels on an ongoing basis.
  • This individual uses financial skills and diverse sources of information to identify profitable opportunities, anticipate challenges, create competitive advantages and drive performance for the brands and hotels.

Qualifications

  • 10 to 15 years of experience within hospitality finance and accounting in a multi-unit, multi-brand hotel environment is essential.
  • Bachelor Degree Required
  • Previous focus on accounting, audit, internal controls and portfolio management, as well as experience in managing multiple Regional / Hotel Director of Finance locations and corporate and regional accounting staff as required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for executive and owner presentations are essential.

Other : Ability to travel is required to provide the oversight within the region.

Additional Information

Visa Requirements : Must Legally be authorized to work in the United States.

  • Salary Range : $230,000 - $290,000 USD
