  • This job is located in Bloomfield Hills, MI and requires in-person office work.

We are solar EPC and Energy management company serving agriculture, manufacturing and many commercial sectors.

Our company is looking for QuickBooks DESKTOP bookkeeper with construction background

Preferred experience :

Quickbooks desktop, Excel, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables. Construction terminology is a MUST.

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for Construction Company to join our team!

You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities :

Draft correspondences and other formal documents

Plan and schedule appointments and trade show events

Greet and assist onsite guests

Answer inbound telephone calls

Manage documents and organized filing systems

Perform all other office tasks, scan materials and upload to file server

Must be proficient with Excel and Word

Working with Cargo Transportation company to co-ordinate shipments

Provide bookkeeping (inventory, billing, accounts receivable and accounts payables ) using QuickBooks Pro 2022

Main receptionist and customer point of contact.

Assisting in handling details of Brand marketing events and initiatives, as well as coordinating details for Sales / Product presentations and meetings.

You will play a critical role in building a relationship between company and client to manage each step of their solar project.
  • Manage the construction of distributed, clean energy projects such as solar photovoltaic, battery storage, and energy efficiency.
  • Lead the development and implementation of an effective Construction Quality Control Program.
  • Lead and supervises the work of construction contractors and sub-contractors
  • Assist with managing the project plan, hosts kick off, and close out meetings
  • Manage purchases of project related materials and equipment.
  • Provide project management to ensure projects are completed within the budget and schedule identified that meets the expectations of each client.

  • Self-started who can independently complete tasks on schedule
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite

    • Qualifications :

  • Microsoft Office knowledge (primarily Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Visio).
  • QuickBooks Job Costing, Bank Reconciliation experience is a must.
  • Proactive personality and character demonstrating an ability to complete activities.
  • Strong verbal, organizational, technical ability, and people skills a MUST.
  • Strong organizational logical thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage many tasks and to prioritize appropriately.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle all conversations / interactions with the utmost professionalism.
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills

    • Minimum Qualifications :

    Education : High School Graduate, College Degree Preferred
