We are hiring a Construction Project Manager in the Tri-Valley Area. Construction company is nearly 30 years in business.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, and construction management on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Project Coordination and Project Management skills
- Construction Project Management and Construction Management expertise
- Budgeting proficiency
- 5+ years minimum experience, requirement needed is Concrete experience
- Needs Caltrans experience this is a BIG plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and compliance
- Experience with construction software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
