BesTitle Agency, Inc. is a real estate title insurance agency specializing in residential and commercial transactions throughout the Tri-State area of Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia.
We are attorney-owned and managed and have been providing excellent services since 1991.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Review / approve title searches and documents prepared for closings;
- Prepare any necessary and non-customary legal documents;
- Answer and / or explain all legal issues that may arise;
Assist in conducting closings when required.
Requirements :
Completion of an accredited law school with a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree
Active law license in the state and a member of the state bar association
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
