Manager, Innovation Programs

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to support our Innovation efforts. This role involves supporting the management of the Innovation Showcase, Innovation Sandbox & Launch Pad initiatives at RSA Conference™ and helping to imagine new offerings aimed at encouraging and amplifying innovation in the cybersecurity industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geopolitics, marketing, administration, event planning, and research.

This role will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including venture capitalists (VCs), panelists, entrepreneurs, and judges, to ensure the success of our innovation initiatives.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct outreach, draft communications, and manage administrative tasks to attract venture capitalists. Leverage database management skills to identify and recruit prospective panelists.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling publicity materials, ensuring meticulous copy editing for accuracy and consistency
  • Collect NDAs, photos, and bios of participants; prepare scripts that incorporate geopolitics and writing skills; and organize prep calls with entrepreneurs and panelists
  • Assist with execution of events.
  • Ensure the integrity of submissions before sending them to judges, schedule meetings with judges and organize final calls, update and send congratulatory notifications and production letters, coordinate with production teams for signage and show details, and ensure finalist contracts are ready and signed.
  • Set up prep and dry run calls with finalists, send invites for on-site practice pitches, and measure and report on event outcomes.
  • Assist with designing and preparing comprehensive outreach strategies for investors and entrepreneurs, while also conducting thorough research and analysis to scout and evaluate potential event locations.
  • Contribute to the ideation and development of new programming, provide on-site management support for events, including potentially taking Launch Pad on the road, and conduct thorough research and planning for Investor Day events.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Cybersecurity, Law, Journalism, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, cybersecurity related events, consulting, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of geopolitics and its impact on technology and innovation.
  • Excellent writing, copy editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in database management and administrative tasks.
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing events.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
