What You’ll Be Doing

As UI / UX Designer / Developer, you will serve in a critical role, conceptualizing and building user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our customer experience, customer service, and other operational teams.

The solutions you develop will influence the efficiency of our operational teams, making it easier for our employees to deliver better support to more customers.

Your responsibilities will typically include :

• Designing and developing digital user interfaces and user experiences using a variety of languages and tools.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and understand user interface needs; obtaining and responding to feedback throughout the development process.
• Creating user personas, journey maps, and wireframes in the design process.
• Planning and executing projects in accordance with specifications, budget, and timeline.
• Continuously improving existing interfaces and incorporating new features to best meet users’ evolving needs.
• Working closely with colleagues and cross functional teams to ensure design and development are aligned with stakeholder priorities and ensure product security.
• Conducting usability testing, analyzing, and iterating products as needed.
• Regularly reporting to supervisors and the senior management team on project progress.
• Maintaining knowledge of emerging technologies and best practices in application design and development.

How You Qualify

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in UI / UX design and development
• Strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and innovation.
• Effective collaborator with strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Experience managing UI / UX projects.
• Strong portfolio of effective, reliable, and secure UI / UX projects.
• Talent for visual design and intuitive user-system interaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
