ERMHS Counselor
Location : Norco, CA
Position Overview : Seeking an ERMHS Counselor to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents within the EPSDT program.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, or related field.
- Current licensure in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist).
- Experience in child and adolescent mental health.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
- PPS credential required
