PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $188,700.00-$230,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $146,900.00 - $272,700.

00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training.

Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant.

Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees.

Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan and employer-funded retirement plan. Newly hired employees accrue 6.

16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

As the Director Product Management, Business Deposits at BECU, you will be at the forefront of shaping our product vision and strategy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

Define the Product Vision : You'll develop and oversee the business deposit vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more complex products, ensuring alignment with BECU's growth and member engagement objectives.

Drive Strategic Decision-Making : Your expertise will guide critical decisions within complex capabilities, shaping the direction of our product offerings.

Evaluate Member Feedback : You'll assess feedback on new products and services, identifying opportunities that align with our long-term strategies, and sharing insights across the organization.

Collaborate with Marketing : Partnering with the Marketing team, you'll drive initiatives based on market changes, identifying strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities and addressing penetration gaps.

Lead Product Development : You'll spearhead the development of product and pricing recommendations that support BECU's strategic, financial, and growth goals ensuring regulatory compliance and mitigate any associated risks.

Provide Competitive Insights : Your thought leadership will help us understand competitive trends, evolving tools, and strategies to delight our members.

Maximize Research Flow : You'll ensure a seamless flow of research, concept development, and product delivery, enhancing BECU's capabilities.

Accountability for Goals : You'll manage portfolio and product goals across capabilities, ensuring alignment and focus.

Track Success Metrics : Defining and monitoring key metrics, you'll assess the success of products and capabilities over time.

Identify Partnerships : You'll identify necessary industry partners and collaborators, bringing innovative efforts to life.

Collaborate on User Experience : Working closely with the User Experience and Design team, you'll execute research that delivers exceptional experience journeys for members and employees.

Manage Product Financials : Overseeing P&L, cost allocations, financial projections, and budget reporting, you'll ensure responsible management of product finances.

Mentor and Guide Teams : You'll provide mentorship across the organization, fostering a culture of growth through ongoing coaching, feedback, and training.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a technology, business, or related discipline required.

Minimum 8 years of product management experience, including business deposits experience.

Minimum 5 years of people leader experience.

Experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.

Experience leading cross functional teams.

Experience managing and maintaining vendor relationships.

Experience with federal laws, rules, regulations that impact financial institutions industry.

Experience with Product P&L, member value, and return on investment / return on assets drivers.

Desired Qualifications :

Advanced degree preferred.

Ability to proactively identify business and customer needs and opportunities, overcome barriers, and formulate solutions with minimal supervision.

Experience understanding and determining product strategies based on the voice of the customer.
