Position Overview :

As the Marketing Manager, you will be at the helm of The Milano Di Rouge's Brand presence, responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate our brand.

Your role will encompass overall management of our Marketing Team and all Marketing Efforts, via website management, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising, etc.

Leading a dynamic team, your focus will be on ensuring the successful execution of these strategies, contributing significantly to the growth and recognition of our brand.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring our efforts align with business goals and industry trends.

Data analysis and optimization will be your guiding principles.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Project Manager : Planning and Campaign Development, Team Coordination and overseeing marketing strategies to promote brand awareness
  • Digital Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies in alignment with Milano Di Rouge's brand objectives and growth goals.
  • Branding Initiatives : Design and execute key branding initiatives to fortify our brand identity and presence.
  • Quality Control : Provide quality control for creative materials, ensuring they meet brand standards.
  • Campaign Budget Management : Create, manage, and monitor campaign budgets to exceed marketing goals.
  • Team Management : Lead the creative team, maximizing individual talents, setting expectations, and ensuring accountability and adherence to deadlines.
  • Employee Development : Train, evaluate, and monitor employee goals and performance, fostering professional growth within the team.
  • Social Media and Advertising Strategies : Plan and manage social media and advertising strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Data Analysis and Adjustment : Collect, analyze, and interpret data to adjust marketing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Performance Reporting : Prepare accurate reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
  • 7 years of marketing experience, preferably in the fashion industry or related field.
  • Strong creative, strategic and analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
