Litigation Associate - Energy & Environmental Regulatory Group
Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is looking to add a Litigation Associate to its energy & environmental regulatory group in either its Charleston, Charlotte, Columbia, Greenville or Raleigh offices.
This is a unique opportunity for a lateral associate who wants to be part of a growing practice.
Overview :
As a Litigation Associate, you will join the energy and environmental regulatory group. This role is ideal for a lateral associate with between two and five years of substantive litigation experience, particularly in energy and environmental law.
Your responsibilities will include assisting the team with the development and financing of diverse energy projects, effectively managing cases, and demonstrating strong oral and written advocacy skills.
Qualifications :
- Looking for candidates from JD Years 2019-2022.
- 2-5 years of substantive litigation experience, particularly in energy and environmental law.
- Ideally, you are adept in case management and are ready to take the lead.
- You must possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills as well as strong academic credentials.
- Must be admitted in good standing to the South Carolina or North Carolina State Bar.
All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
