Ambassador Personnel is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for one of our clients in Bessemer City, NC. This is a full-time role with generous benefits as well as a competitive salary. WEEKLY PAY.

This is a first shift position Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm.
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, developing quality assurance procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
The role will involve monitoring and analyzing internal operations to identify areas of improvement, conducting audits, and providing training on quality standards.
Qualifications
- Quality Control, Quality Assurance Procedures, and Regulatory Compliance skills
- Experience in implementing quality improvement initiatives
- Ability to monitor and analyze internal operations for improvement
- Auditing and Training skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of quality standards and best practices
- Must have experience with PPAP, SPC, CMM, Mechanical Gauges, and knowledge of print symbols what they represent and how to check them
