Salary : $175,000 - $275,000 per year

As a VP, Product (AI), you will be joining a dynamic team in the technology industry, where you will be responsible for the strategic direction and execution of our AI product portfolio.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute the AI product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, marketing, and sales, to deliver product requirements and drive product development.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and post-launch performance analysis.
  • Stay abreast of the latest AI and cybersecurity trends and competitive landscape to inform product development.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data to make informed product decisions.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and product messaging.
  • Oversee the budget, forecasting, and financial planning for the AI product portfolio.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. An LLM degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in product management, with 5 years as a Product Manager leader focused on AI.
  • Proven experience in managing AI products through the entire product lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning and its applications in product development.
  • Experience in a Series A or fast-growing startup environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for AI and its potential to transform industries and businesses.
