$72-83 per week, blended rate

Job Description :

As a Registered Nurse with a specialization in the Cardiac Cath Lab, your role is pivotal in delivering high-quality care to cardiac patients. You will :

• Prepare patients for catheterization procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Monitor patients during catheterization, assessing their conditions and responding to any emergent situations.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation specific to Cardiac Cath Lab procedures.
• Adhere to rigorous healthcare and safety standards.

Qualifications :

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following requirements :

• Active and unrestricted nursing license in the state of Texas, or eligible Compact State license.
• At minimum, current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (Certification requirements vary by location).
• At least 2 years of experience as a registered nurse, actively within the last 12 months.
• At least 2 years of specialized experience and expertise in Cardiac Cath Lab nursing.
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to excel in the fast-paced and dynamic Cardiac Cath Lab environment.
• Travel experience preferred, not required.
