Overview
Here at Azend Pharma, we are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Customer Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in math, underwriting, credit analysis, and mortgage servicing.
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and loan processing is highly desirable.
Duties
- Review and analyze loan applications
- Verify client information and financial documents
- Assess creditworthiness and eligibility for loans
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions
- Collaborate with loan officers to facilitate the loan approval process
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and accurate information.
- Handle loan servicing tasks such as payment processing and account maintenance
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in loan processing or related field
- Familiarity with contract review and interpretation
- Degree or background in business, finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and loan processing software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
