The company is looking for a GM who will provide leadership and develop business opportunities for the residential energy storage (ESS) team.
A can-do attitude is a must for this challenging and rewarding position. This person will report to the CEO of the company and must reside within commuting distance from the office in Fremont, CA or in Irvine, CA.
Your main responsibilities
- Identify international residential ESS business opportunities and potential Market, establish and build Residential ESS marketing channels, and continue to improve marketing capabilities.
- Responsible for the overall planning, implementation, monitoring and delivery of the residential ESS project to ensure that the project is completed on time, on budget and on quality.
- Responsible for budget formulation, financial planning and management of residential ESS business.
- Develop and implement market invasion strategies to build brand awareness and expand market share.
- Manage and cultivate customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and establish long-term partnerships with key customers.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years working experience at companies with high sales volume.
- Minimum of 5 years of managing experience.
- Energy Storage industry experience.
Skill and Knowledge Requirements
- Knowledge of residential ESS technologies
- Understand the policies, regulations and market dynamics of different countries or regions in the field of residential ESS.
- Ability to manage sales projects and lead cross-functional teams to ensure sales performance.
- Able to conduct market analysis, financial planning and business strategy development to maximize the economic returns and sustainability of the business.
- Excellent leadership skills, able to motivate and manage the team to drive the project forward.
- Innovative thinking and flexible problem-solving ability to seek effective and efficient solutions.
