Summary :

Conduct complex technical studies and analyze current or proposed operations to optimize manufacturing processes.

Prepare reports, develop work instructions, and ensure efficiency and zero defects in collaboration with Operations Engineers.

Assist with make-or-buy decisions, vendor evaluations, and research to ensure project compliance with requirements.

Conduct technical studies and analyze operations for improvement.

Prepare reports on equipment needs and optimal manufacturing methods.

Author detailed work instructions for efficient manufacturing and defect prevention.

Develop rework instructions to support corrective actions.

Create MBOMs in SAP, Solumina, or Corridor to ensure proper assembly processes.

Assist in make-or-buy decisions and vendor evaluations.

Conduct producibility studies and participate in Design for Manufacturing assessments.

Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to optimize methods.

Support safety, sustainability, and ergonomic initiatives.

Maintain accurate activity status reports and contribute to quality improvement efforts.

Required Skills :

Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma principles.

Familiarity with engineering requirements, tooling, quality control, and plant safety.

Proficiency in CADAM, CATIA, Solumina, SAP, and Corridor.

Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification or higher preferred.
