Days / Hours : Monday-Friday 9 : 00am - 4 : 00pm

- State Dental Hygiene Licensure
- Local Anesthesia / Laser / Nitrous Oxide- if applicable based on the state
- Active CPR Certification

Qualifications :
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License
- CPR / BLS Certification
