Subrogation Investigation Specialist

A company is looking for a Subrogation Investigation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Research and document information related to claims and accidents, collaborating with clients, attorneys, and insurance adjusters

Negotiate payment arrangements and ensure compliance with federal and state laws governing collections

Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with information obtained from investigations

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required

1-2 years of experience in health insurance, medical claims, data entry, or customer service

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Basic computer proficiency and ability to work independently

Understanding of HIPAA privacy and security rules preferred
